1. Setting place: Fire pump shall be set in temporary high pressure fire water supply system and stable high pressure fire water supply system. 2. Setting requirements:

 

1)Portable Fire Fighting Pump factory should adopt self-filling water absorption. When pumping directly from municipal pipe network, backflow preventer with air partition should be set on the outlet pipe of Fire Fighting Pump. When there is no suction well at the suction port, swirl preventer should be set at the suction port.

 

2) One set of fire water pumps shall have no less than two suction pipes. When one of them is damaged or repaired, the other suction pipes shall still be able to pass all the designed flow of fire water supply.

 

3) A set of fire water pumps should be equipped with at least two main water pipes connected to the ring pipe network of fire water supply. When one of the water pipes is repaired, the rest of the water pipes should still be able to supply all the designed flow of fire water supply.

 

4) The water absorption pipe should be equipped with a straight rod gate valve or a butterfly valve with a self-locking device, but when the dark rod valve is set, there should be an open scale and a mark; When the pipe diameter exceeds DN300, an electric valve should be installed.

 

5) Check valve and lever gate valve should be set on outlet pipe; When using butterfly valve, should have a self-locking device; When the pipe diameter is larger than DN300, an electric valve should be installed.

 

6) Flexible casing should be used when water absorption pipe passes through the fire pool; When rigid waterproof bushing is used, a flexible joint should be set on the water pump suction pipe, and the pipe diameter should not be larger than DN150.

3. Debugging requirements:

 

1) When the fire pump is switched on by standby power supply or standby pump, the fire pump shall be put into normal operation within 1min or 2min respectively.

 

2) When the fire pump is directly started automatically or manually, the fire pump shall be put into normal operation within 55s, and there shall be no bad noise and vibration.

 

3) Field performance test shall be conducted after installation, and its performance shall be consistent with the data provided by the manufacturer, and shall meet the requirements of fire water supply design flow rate and pressure.

 

4) The pressure of fire pump at zero flow shall not exceed 140% of the designed working pressure; When the outlet flow is 150% of the design working flow, the outlet pressure shall not be less than 65% of the design working pressure.

 

4. Portable Fire Fighting Pump Factory

 

1) The electric quantity of the starting battery of the diesel engine fire pump should be tested daily, the amount of oil stored in the oil tank should be checked weekly, and the diesel engine fire pump should be manually started once a month.

 

2) The fire pump shall be automatically started to operate once a week under the conditions of automatic control of fire pump, and the automatic inspection shall be automatically recorded, and the inspection record shall be made every month.

 

3) Manually start the fire pump once a month, and check the power supply.

 

4) The discharge and pressure of the fire pump should be tested once a quarter.
